It been a funny Winter, Spring is here and the stock market is bouncing all over the place. Eichlers in Terra Linda, Marin Wood and Lucas Valley have been fairly insulated from the depths of low property vales that have struck our nation. I will be attempting to do more blogging and put some sold prices up, check in next week. Here is what is on/for sale now IN MARINWOOD :)

1. 2001 Huckleberry - old owners left and I  believe the bank/investors are the lucky ones, nice model but near/on Lucas Valley Rd. In the "berry patch". Maybe could be picked up for $599,000. The lot is a mightly 11,000 sq feet. Home is 2,225 sft and is a 3+/2. Nice. New price $650,000. Call me to get a look. Lets put an offer in! Its a nice sized home. Opportunity!

Nice residents took care of this home. Copper tubing floors, 7,800 sft lot and 1,400 sft 3/2 built in 1958 Eichler in the "berry patch", great Marinwood schools. This is a definite consideration for the price. I love the quaint meandering garden - reminds me of my gandpa. To take a peek, call me, I like this one.

3. 630 Appleberry - wow, another "berry patch" for sale. I just love saying "berry patch". So this little guy, actually has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths on a 7,700 sft lot and 1,900 sft of space, had some "touches" done to it. Its not my style but has a "softer" look with the mexican tiles and oak cabinets.....sort of. Listed at an interesting price of $697,000. A little sprucing can go a long way.

4. 2150 Elderberry - another Marinwood  Eichler, a 4/2 with a 7,100 sft lot and 1,600 sft of living space. Listed at $749,000 its up at the high end, as I say it ever hurts to look, has original Arcadia windows with a "touch" of Pergo...interesting. Lets take a look - call me to set up a viewing.

 So Marinwood: A few properties have cleared out that sat for some time, they sold (an REO) or are in contract (Short sale). These 4 are what are for sale now. Ill post the solds soon or call/email me and I can get you all the info available.
