791 Del Ganado - $599K for a 3/2. Just down the street from where I live. Priced right, will sell. Needs some loving attention. A quick walk to the local pool and market. Must compliment listing agents, did a good job cleaning it out!

775 Las Colindas - $619K Short Sale. 4/2. Has potential, 10 ft ceilings, lots of windows. Currently occupied, that's why its been around so long. If you like the flat roof style, this is nice. 611 Wakerobin - another good buy! $659K In Contract in 15 days. This property is livable as-is. Pretty basic, not a lot of original Eichler character but, nice street and very clean. Loving owners.
