Scotty Market's is a full service grocery store with great people who work there, fantastic sandwiches and really yummy soups. Plus the Free Popcorn, cant beat it.Many parks and the great community pool for kids - only $315 for a summer pass for 4 people. Great fun.

25 Calafia - on the market for 86 days, 4/2 with 1714 sft, nice lot near open space. List Price $769,000 originally, then lowered and sold for $711,500. A regular sale. Nice job to all involved.

25 Bolanos - on the market for 71 days, 4/2 and 1713 sft (hmm 1 foot smaller than Calafia....interesting)...With Pool. Nice original condition, great feeling. Atrium courtyard. List price $749,000 and sold for $730,000. We really liked this home. Listing agents perked this up and did some sound repairs with the approval of nice sellers. Lucky owners!
